 I. Features: 
 1, the product is neutral organic silica, and acid gel compared with non-corrosive metal and environmental protection. 
 2, with the general neutral and acid silica gel compared with the following salient features: 
 A, higher temperature resistance. Generally neutral and acid silica gel at 200 ℃ under the conditions of thermal aging deterioration will be sticky, 250 ℃ under the conditions of thermal aging will be pulverized. Conditions at 280 ℃ has good heat aging properties. 
 B, better sealing. Generally neutral and acid silica gel in order to reduce production costs, are added in the production of high boiling point of 20% of petroleum solvents, these high boiling point petroleum solvents used in the adhesive process will eventually evaporate or leakage, resulting in layer contraction of seal. 
 C, better bonding strength. Tensile strength and shear strength are usually larger than 2MPa, special varieties of tensile strength and shear strength will reach 3.5 MPa. 
 Second, the typical use: 
 Refrigerator, microwave, circuit boards, electronic components and mechanical bonding strength seals. 
 Third, the use of technology: 
 1, clean the surface: The surface is sticky or coated clean and remove rust, dust and oil and so on. 
 2, the sizing: unscrew (or cut open) hose cap, the glue has been pushed to clean the surface, so that distribution will be sticky surface close fixed. 
 3, the cure: to be glued or sealed parts in the air let the natural cure. Curing process is a cure from the surface to the internal process within 24 hours (room temperature and 55% relative humidity) glue curing depth of 2 ~ 4mm, if the position deeper, especially in the air is not easily accessible to the site, Full curing time will be extended, if the temperature is low, the curing time will be extended. In for further processing or packaging components to be bonded, it is recommended users wait long enough to make the bonding integrity of the firm and not be affected.
